Communication with Parents and Carers
We value positive, open and effective communication with parents and carers and recognise the important role that families play in supporting their children’s education and wellbeing.
We use a range of communication methods to ensure that families receive timely and relevant information. Our school website provides key information about school life, policies, events and important updates, while our Arbor Parent Portal is used to share messages, notices, letters and other information directly with parents and carers.
We also value face-to-face communication and encourage parents and carers to speak with us in person when they have questions, concerns or would like to discuss their child. We are committed to being approachable and working in partnership with families.
By using a combination of digital communication and personal contact, we aim to keep parents and carers well informed and ensure that they feel connected to and involved in our school community.
